Succession and Emiratisation Senior Specialist - Reach Group

Support in, managing and implementing Emiratisation program by regularly following up on progress of Emiratisation Framework, Policy, KPIs and Process;

Monitor progress of bridging programs for up skilling UAE Nationals in collaboration with internal and external entities;

Conduct analysis and provide updates to the direct supervisor of vacancy and filled rates to identify gaps in talent management for achieving Emiratisation targets;

Support Higher Education Sector projects for any joint projects for studies related to Labour Market Support the direct supervisor to ensure that the Emiratisation processes are operating effectively and work closely with the line managers to assist and drive the programs through their teams and departments, specifically;

Maintain cordial relationships with UAE National employees and escalate any perceived challenges or issues to the direct supervisor to resolve the issues in timely manner;

Follow up on the progress of Succession Planning to ensure sustainable availability of top talent. In doing so, assist the Section Manager Performance Management and Career Development in various succession planning activities for operationalising the succession planning such as identifying, assessing and developing a ready successor pool;

Collaborate with the Human Resources, School Planning and Personnel Services Divisions, in preparing, annual manpower forecasts and plans; maintaining vacancy lists, transfer requests and termination; and verifying all forms of manpower movement to ensure compliance with approved plans;

Follow up on the approved Career Enhancement Plans with the assistance of the Training & Career Development Specialist for employees being groomed for specific positions but requiring a short term development program to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge
