Responsibilities as GM Services:
- Implement Services strategy in Wartsila Saudi Arabia (WSA).
- Ensure proper implementation of Services Guidelines.
- Steer overall direction of Services business in Wartsila Saudi Arabia.
- Planning, target setting & execution of WSA-S strategy.
- Establish and maintain good customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide management, leadership and professional guidance.
- Render support to WSA-S by ensuring adequate resources for achieving performance goals.
- Develop & sustain a team of efficient & motivated personnel from Line Manager level & beyond.
- Actively participate in the Development Discussions of the Line Managers within Services.
- Provide senior level input regarding Team Development & Training, Performance Management & Succession Planning etc.
- Align Services’ objectives with WSA management team for optimal engagement and collaborate to achieve the overall Company objectives.
- Responsibilities as GM Service Sales: Meet the annual sales KPIs & targets.
- Identify, report & manage potential competition.
- Lead business development & analyze market dynamics.
- Represent Wartsila in a commercially positive & effective light within the industry.
- Design and implement processes to support business growth, through customer and market need definition.
