Administrative Executive (UAE Nationals) - Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all records related to the school including course syllabi, course files, exams, brochures, accreditation reports and responses, assessment reports, and other documentation.- Attend to faculty inquiries and direct them to the right staff/ department.- Provide secretarial support to School Councils and Committees by taking minutes of meetings, preparing agendas, disseminating necessary information pre and post meetings and following up on assigned actions.- Handle logistics of new program submissions and the accreditation process and commission visits (printing, filing, copying, formatting, etc.).- Assist in organizing and arranging all School events (Open days, orientations, workshops, etc.) through coordinating logistics with related departments.- Organize travel arrangements for School guests as per the approval and in line with the university guidelines.- Create and update the School internal academic calendar.- Assist in School conference preparation and be part of the conference/event committees.- Work closely with the Schools and staff in the Academic Affairs Office to assist in preparing contracts and preparing documentation for performance reviews.- Liaise between learners and other departments and the school on matters related to grade appeals, complaints, letters requested, etc.
