Installation Site Manager - Tangent International

Leads all the site activities in order to reach targets related to customer satisfaction and installation effectiveness according to

the planning and budget.

Responsabilities:

- entry point during Site Activities in front of the Customer

- Leads and is responsible for site activities performances during erection, start up, commissioning until taking over

- Check and validate Erection, Start up and Acceptance test completion within Sidel

- Formalize Erection, Start up and Acceptance test completion with the Customer

- Transfer to FSE H&S Coordination Plan and is responsible for Safety on site

- Reports weekly Installation file progress to ICM and PM through PPP reporting file

- Daily manage with Customer and FSE site activities programs

- Update the site activities planning ensuring the FSE turnover on site for the installation and best FSE optimization

- Requires the intervention of FSE / TA in order to troubleshoot non-ordinary technical issues.

- Signs and authorize the worksheets intervention of FSE and subcontractors

- Direct responsibility on installation cost, milestone respect and Customer Satisfaction

- Update planning and consequent cost analysis weekly

- Identify, measure and plans activities in order to reduce out of range

- Optimize logistic on site

- Responsible to attend meeting with customer in order to update the customer on the installation progresses

- Updates the PPP Installation File and sends it every week to ICM and PM in order to report the status of the installation to

head quarter

- Update the problems and materials report to share technical information and requires materials.

- Inform PM regarding activities and issues out of the contractual scope

- FSE rating for end year evaluation
