Real Estate Marketing Agent - Intimaa Real Estate Services Co.

- Ensure implementation of departmental plans.

- Achieve sales and other performance targets.

- Gather information on prospective clients and identify/develop reliable lead sources

- Filter and contact prospective clients to inform them about company services and gather necessary client data.

- Relate service features to client benefits and acquire detailed needs of clients.

- Handle inbound communication about services and other service related inquiries.

- Arrange client-side meetings to meet with prospective clients.

- Provide customers with marketing materials.

- Help in the preparation of service levels, price estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs.

- Acquire new clients and new service contracts.

- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.

- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.

- Prepare yearly forecasts and perform regular forecast updates (quarterly)

- Prepare and deliver routine reports to direct manager on the status of ongoing sales discussions

- Maintain and update records of all client data and interaction in common client relations system.

- Organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing system.

- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
