Finance Manager

Responsible of a budgetary planning, implement cash management, oversee the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analysis of future earnings and expenses that summarize and forecast the company’s financial position.

Expertise in ERP- Oracle to develop and implement.

Specific Duties:

1. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.

2. Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.

3. Develop and implement various accounting procedures.

4. Reviews Accounts Receivables/Payables and weekly check runs.

5. Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves the transactions within designated limits.

6. Preparation of Budgets, financial reports on regular basis.

7. Contributes to the achievements of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategies. 8. Review reports and analyse projections of sales & income against actual figures. 9. Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk.

10. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

11. Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.

12. Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.

13. Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. Auditors, Solicitors, Bankers
