Job Description

• Develop detailed project schedules with resource and cost loading and ensure consistency with contract documents (Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Drawings and Method Statement). Also insure that project schedules are being maintained by having regular updates.

• Monitor the progress and spending of projects to minimize risks to RPD and ensure timely delivery and on budget

• Support project manager and site team in maintaining the baseline programs, and ensure that the project schedule is being updated on periodical bases.

• Analyze project progress versus baseline program and identify/ forecast delays and risks.

• Coordinate with Project Manager the recovery plans and monitor implementation.

• Consolidate all project reports and prepare executive progress reports for management.

• Analyze overall project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and Key Performance Indexes (KPI’s) by investigating the schedule. Also forecast possible shortcomings and identify key lessons learned.

• Support the project Manager's decision-making process providing all information necessary for a rapid identification of any unfavorable trend or any potential problem in time in order to start immediate corrective actions.

• Manage and maintain current and accurate records on internal and client database and document control systems (including all logs - material, drawings, RFI…etc.).

• Coordinate the implementation of application systems and setup required for each project job.

• Specify the projects control requirements to Subcontractors and main packages Suppliers to be included in the Request for Proposal documents.

• Ensure reports required by the Client and by internal procedures are regularly issued.

• Support the Project Manager in all the most important meetings; ensuring Planning analyses are promptly kept informed which affect all decisions or events impacting the project.

• Support the Project Manager and the Contract Administrators during the contract changes/claims process providing the impact evaluation on Schedule Extension of Time (EOT) and cost implications.

• Assure the monthly issue of Project Status Report (PSR) and other reports as required by higher manage.
