ALJ Saudi Arabia has a position available for a Talented and experienced Head of Public Relations. Do you have what is takes to take PR to a next level.



Under general supervision from the MD Marketing, the Head of PR assumes responsibility for day-to-day operational management of all activities and functions in the designated area within the Marketing department, including developing, implementing and evaluating policies, procedures and standards; creating operational manuals; developing and monitoring budgets; preparing and evaluating PR & communication strategies, providing technical advice and/or supervision to staff, other departments, the public and other agencies, and performs related work as required.



In this role you will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):



1. To Develop and direct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards where applicable for the Marketing department; interprets and complies with all applicable local and international requirements.

2. To Develop Annual PR/Communication plan and 3 year strategic plan, monitors the PR & communication budget; oversees financial well-being of pr & communication department by analyzing cost effectiveness and exercising cost controls; prepares, submits and justifies budget enhancement requests to the MD Marketing

3. To Manage all communications material and collateral, in order to develop and strengthen the ALJ brand and awareness, by developing ALJ’s PR & communication Quality Standards guidelines.

4. To Monitor and stays abreast of technological, legal and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of the department; makes recommendations for and develops and carry's out improvements to the activities to meet changing mission parameters and requirements.

5. To Manage and monitors the annual PR & communication budget and the monthly allocation process. Maintains an overall budget monitoring system and reconciles it with finance reports

6. To Develop and executes a media relations plan to support the objectives of the ALJ communications strategy and broader business objectives, with a focus on building strong relationships with targeted press

7. To Serve as the lead for all media relations efforts, working with appropriate PR agencies to ensure message consistency while targeting information to specific international, regional and local press audiences
