Learning and Development Coach

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLEDeliver motivational learning and development solutions as set out in the Learning and Development Strategy. To identify and solve specific learning problems in order to equip the job seeker with the skills required to secure work and sustained employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Company standard induction

• Deliver a range of individual and group learning solutions to job seekers

• Produce schemes of work and lesson plans

• Create individual job seeker training plans for job seekers with clear objectives and targets

• Build job seekers motivation levels to drive their on-going progress

• Identify and solve specific learning problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups

• Liaise with and advise the team on the job readiness of the jobseekers

• Actively seek jobseekers feedback from training sessions

• Monitor and review the progress of learners and provide feedback reports

• Evaluate Learning and Development programmes and adapt to changes occurring in the workplace

• Deliver regular and scheduled learning and development solutions to all employees

• Support line managers in building PDP’s

• Ensure Learning and Development targets are met• Facilitate in-work learning solutions for jobseekers• Keep up to date with developments in Learning and Development as set out in personal development plan

• Accurately complete all Company specific paperwork/processes to ensure financial requirements are met in line with Company audits

• Ensure at all times you adhere to company SA and government standards for quality, equality, data protection and health & safety KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURESTargets
