A Global UK Technology company within the leisure and entertainment industry are urgently seeking a Project Manager to deliver multiple complex high profile projects across the UAE.

Role description

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and developing, in conjunction with stakeholder requirements, a definition of the project activities. The project manager will ensure activities are effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors). The project Manager will also be responsible for;



• Managing the work of consultants, sourcing suppliers, allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful delivery team.



• Oversee entire project lifecycle, within the agreed budget, timescales, and quality expectations.



• Managing and leading the project team on a local and international basis to ensure clear communication to multiple international sites.



• Lead start-up meetings, ensure clarity of scope, mobilisation of delivery teams.



• Detailed project planning and control, developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, technical drawings and risk management in line with Prince 2 methodology.



• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.



• Providing regular business reports to the programme manager and project sponsor / steering group.



• Managing consultancy / suppler input within the defined budget.



• Final approval of the design specification.



• Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing programme.



• Identifying training needs and devising and managing training programme.



• To identify and communicate early in the process and system or infrastructure requirements currently not in place which are necessary to deliver the project.



• To ensure that effective risk management is in place for all projects.



• Provide project closure and sign off from key stakeholders. Undertake post project reviews and lessons learnt.
