Sales Manager

1.Directing and monitoring sales team to achieve sales targets and chairing sales meetings.

2. Leads the team of Sales.

3. Fix Sales Target and strive for achieving the same.

4. Obtains necessary sales data and analyzes ways to improve sales Performance & market share.

5. Interacts with Planning section, Production and Projects Departments towards smooth execution of the project.

6. Guides the Sales team in preparation of Tenders and submittal in time.

7. Heads the teams of Sales department for related product.

8. Reviews all quotations.

9. Negotiates final contracts, project correspondence, unit prices and discounts, modifications and confirmations.

10. Marketing company products by attending seminars, participating in exhibitions.

11. Responds to all customer complaints after investigations.

12. Attends customer meetings when required to finalize the deals.

13. Assists Finance department in collecting receivables, collecting back bank/cheques guarantees whenever required.

14. Experience in Liaison with Consultant, client and contractors from tender stage itself.

15. Product specification in BOQ.
