ROLE DESCRIPTION
Responsible for assisting high level management. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Prepare agenda for meetings.
- Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
- Make travel arrangements for manager.
- Handle information requests.
- Prepare statistical reports as and when required.
- Greet and receive visitor and identify their requests.
- Receive and relay telephone messages.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Plans events and volunteer activities.
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
