Human Resources Generalist - Rashideen Egypt

1.Handle all HR functions focusing on Recruitment & Selection, identifying new recruitment channels as per the company needs. 2.Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.

3.Response with various departments’ requisitions to provide their

needs in the time required.

4.Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.

5.Following up the selected candidate

6.Responsible for CV-Bank establishment and updating

7.Help and support in HR various duties asked to do.

8- To help sourcing specialist to establish efficient and strong CV-Bank, using our available potentials.

9-To organize and categorize current recruitment channels to maximize return value, in addition to open new recruitment channels.

10-To share in the process of controlling CVs’ movements out/in from the CV-Bank to HR generalist and recruiters and any other different requesters.

11- To share and help in establishing records provide certain information about CV-Bank balances, Interviews’ results, and turn over status and analysis (as additional task for the sourcing team).

12- To conduct interviews and tests till supervision level for the different jobs, starting from blue collars, and ending by white collars and supervisors.

13- To help and share sourcing specialist and HR generalists/recruiters in providing information and support for the walk-ins, focusing with this task as a priority.

14- To help and share in the different projects within HR Department.
