HR Generalist

Collecting relevant CV’s and screen for interviews.

• Conducting Interviews as per department needs.

• Put in place a proper manpower budgeting process to ensure that line managers are able to critically assess their current & future manpower needs & provide proper justifications for recruitment of new positions.

• Providing employees with the training needs both internally and externally.

• Supervise attendance for payroll finalization.

• Provides leadership and direction with respect to the company’s performance management system. Ensures performance appraisals are completed as required, in accordance with policy, and assists managers and supervisors in their preparation whenever required.

• Create a comprehensive and competitive compensation program.

• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand their motivation levels.

• Review and update the incentive program according to organization/employee’s needs.

• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

• Responsible for putting in place all systems for the measurement & effectiveness of all HR policies & practices & tracking proper implementation by the line managers.

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Monitoring the procedures of employees in regards to leaves, termination, resignations, tickets, EOSB calculation, medical insurance, transfer & other HR procedures.

• Works constantly within the market to keep abreast of ‘best practice initiatives’, HR trends & to identify effective third part suppliers for various HR services where necessary.

• Submit monthly reports, general information and recommendations to Managing Director.
