On Trade Sales Representative - Brasserie Almaza SAL (part of Heineken Group)

The On Trade Sales Representative is responsible for establishing Brasserie Almaza brand’s image, maximizing visibility and increasing sales through fulfilling visits to customer outlets and identifying opportunities of accomplishing various selling related activities including order taking & processing, stock controlling, merchandizing fundamentals implementation, all aimed at customer satisfaction, volume growth and realisation of sales target. • Conduct regular field visits. • Establish relationship with the outlet’s decision maker. • Gather customers’ feedback and requirements and do the necessary actions to ensure satisfaction. • Handle and solve problems with clients. • Identify the quantity of goods’ shortages in the stock. (for all our portfolio’s brands). • Negotiate with the customer the quantity of goods in order to increase sales. • Take orders by filling the “Order” form. • Ensure prime visibility for company products to guarantee best-selling potential
