Project Manager - Aya Group of Companies

A Project Manager takes full responsibility for the success, safety, quality, delivery and commercial and programme compliance of a single project. Key to this is to ensure relationships are maintained with Clients, Consultants and trade contractors. The role includes:

• Ensuring business operations are executed in a safe manner (Health and Safety legislation);

• Providing reliable management information to Contracts Manager and support / monitor construction staff. (including sub-contractors);

• Managing all personnel within the project, including the Construction Manager;

• Controlling client liaison and site team relationships;

• Overseeing Health and Safety requirements;

• Successfully managing projects, including finance, planning and client satisfaction.
