ARCHITECT - "Fit Out"

•Overseeing all Direct Reports for periodic performance review and resolving any pending issue that requires the facilitation from top management

•All project design stages;

•Experience in interior design;

•Strong experience in Fit out works (Retail, Entertainment and Restaurants);

•Experience in BOQ’s, construction details design and materials selection and specifications;

•Experience in fit out works site visits and elaborating periodic reports;

•Experience in 3D design models and Photo-realistic perspectives;

•Experience in 2D design and elaborating all the necessary drawings to assure the complete project understanding prior to tender;

•Experience in Project presentation;

•Clear understanding of all the necessary project design tools and posterior drawings preparation
