Description

- Capable of managing the operations of a market-leading, multi-million dollar FMCG Group's IT processes in multi-geographical locations with Disaster Recovery replication and services.- Specifying and working with the IT team to design proper customer project implementations for the FMCG and Logistics sectors.- Organize the operational team projects, tasks, resources and shift schedules in separate locations.- Employee recruitment, evaluation, coaching, career planning and employee performance evaluation (EPM).- Capable of managing of massive expansion programs in multi-geographical locations.- Specialized in Oracle and WMS solutions.- General accent on Software





Profile



Academic:



Minimum of a Bachelors Degree required and preferably a Masters degree with Engineering background from a recognized university.



Work experience:



10-15 years of total work experience with relevant experience in the CFG/FMCG/Logistics/Retail industry.



Skills:



Commercial skills: Demonstrate stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior management.



General skills: Fluency in English and ability to articulate technology into simple business language.
