The HR Coordinator will coordinate and implement corporate and Human Resources programs and projects. Provide daily employee relations and administrative support. Act as a liaison between various HR functions.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
1. Deal with work-related problems, employee concerns, conflicts and grievances, and investigate the situation to resolve the issues by determining appropriate actions, with management’s approval
2. Coordinate with legal department, Personnel Officer and HRM for implementing disciplinary actions according to Lebanese Labor Law and internal regulations.
3. Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and practices aligned with the business strategy including recruitment, benefits & allowances, clearance, health and safety policies etc.
HR & Internal Communication
4. Lead, plan and coordinate events including:
• End of Year party
• Christmas (gifts, cards, decoration)
• Special occasions (Father’s day, Mother’s day, Valentine’s day)
5. Take over the Company’s Newsletter from planning, to content & editing (in cooperation with all departments), execution (look & feel), and dispatch to the organization.
6. Lead on the Suggestion Box project, ensuring the HRM receive timely and accurate feedback and ideas from all our stakeholders.
7. Handle all HR boards with all relevant news update (internal regulations, openings, promotions, procedures and other announcements)
8. Support HRM in organizing formal and informal company bonding events
9. Communicate policies, procedures and practices aligned with the business strategy
10. Responsible of proper usage of HR communication channels including Intranet, screens etc.
11. Maintains standard HR forms and update if necessary
12. Coordinate with all departments on latest activities, projects, and events.
Trainings & Workshops
13. Work closely with the HR team in organising internal and external trainings and workshops
HR Projects
14. Handle all HR projects by developing goals and outcomes, timelines, deliverables, owners, and cost implications, including:
• Carry out climate surveys across the company on yearly basis and analyze results, prepare reports and presentations, and recommend actions plans accordingly
• Coordinate with all HRIS module owners to ensure proper integration, and maintain work processes and communications upon HR standards
• Participate in updating the Performance Management tools (360 degrees, balance scorecard etc.), assist in presentation and role out, and follow-up on steps and results
15. Update HRM on budgets and on project progress according to set timelines
16. Ensure all HR forms are developed, updated and maintained upon quality standards
17. Ensure proper implementation of work processes, policies and procedures on Intranet and HRIS system
