•Preparation of quality documents like Quality Assurance Plan, Work instruction, testing plan, Technical Delivery Conditions, NDT & Painting Procedures. •Preparation of WPS-PQR & welder Qualification for SAW, SMAW & MIG processes as per AWS & ASME codes. •To make NDE (UT/RT/PT/MT) & painting procedures with reference to special job requirement. •Review of test certificates of incoming material like steel, paints, fasteners, weld consumables etc. To monitor the in house testing activities like Tensile test, Impact test, hardness test, ultrasonic test, DP test & various testing of paint & coating. •certified Lead auditor & playing a role of MR-QMS for ISO 9000 • Conducting MRM, Internal Audit & Safety Committee meeting on regular interval. •To write technical specification in co-ordination with purchase dept. for special purchase items. •As a vendor development part, to visit supplier for pre-contract meeting & evaluation of their production & quality system. Analysis of site feedback for evaluation of customer satisfaction. •To face third party & customer inspection & to submit quality related documents for competed jobs. •To attend weekly management meeting for production planning & review
