Property Manager
My client, one of the most respected Real Estate developers in the region is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Community Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager you would act on behalf of the Community and would be responsible for the management of the Public Realm Governance as per the approved Strategy. The Community Manager will be the point of contact for all Community issues and by utilising his/her experience and knowledge on Association or Community Management, will be able to interpret and implement the Rules and Regulations of the Community and Owner. The Community Manager will be able to educate and explain the community management philosophy discipline to potential buyers and when the first Owners Association is established, manage the community on administrative, client, financial and facility management level.
University educated ideally in a Real Estate/FM related discipline and Arabic Speaking, you will have at least 7+ years in a similar role as either a Community Manager or Property Manager managing multiple residential units at a standalone development or a portfolio of smaller developments. You will have solid experience of Community/Strata Management/Facilities Management providers and consultants. You must have excellent customer-facing communication skills.
