Office Administrator - Vanila Studio Wedding Boutique

• Managing wedding stylists/sales team though out the day: task distribution, brides’ booking status.

• Control of wedding stylists/sales team work: leading the clients’ base, boutique cleanliness maintenance, etc.

• Communication with clients on the phone and live: on orders, stock, sizes, returns, solving nice and conflict situations.

• Serving clients from the entrance and till greeting the stylist and after the purchase experience.

• Follow-up on the brides’ appointments, reminders, promotion information, etc.

• Cashier work: processing payments both cash and cards.

• Financial and statistical reporting.

• Boutique administration supply maintenance of boutique expendables, branded materials and expendable goods (water, tailoring goods, petticoats order, etc.)

• General boutique maintenance: anything broken, to be changed, organized, etc.

• Dress stock maintenance and control.

• Web-site maintenance (not full): as per stock status dress offer.

• Working with new collection arrivals: accepting the arrivals, checking the quality, preparing goods for the sale in the hall.

• Taking part and working at any internal meetings, trainings and other corporate events, fairs, etc.

• Reporting to Managing Director.
