Servers and Network Administrator - ABC Group

- Perform daily checkups on the servers dealing with event viewers, disk spaces, antivirus, performances and window updates in order to prevent server breakdown;

- Check and resolve any hardware failure;

- Manage the backup solution: Install, configure and back up all data servers settings in order to ensure high data availability;

- Support internal ABC users on a daily basis;

- Install new servers (full configuration of hardware and OS);

- Design, Implement and maintain ABC data centers;

- Will be in charge of ABC monitoring IT systems and patch managements systems (WSUS, SSCM, whatsup gold, etc…);

- Update the servers monthly: Bios, firmware, drivers, patches and all hardware components;

- Manage the antivirus system: Deployment, maintenance and updates in order to prevent virus infection;

- Deal with virus infections incidents based on needs;

- Act as the IT security officer for the company: develop, implement and inforce IT security measures and policies;

- Ensure the stability of the in-house network: Configure, install, monitor, support and optimize all network hardware, software and communication links on a weekly basis;

- Maintain and upgrade a Microsoft environment including the following: Windows servers 2008/2012, Exchange, active directory, DFS, DNS, DHCP, etc…

- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
