Job Description 1- Good customer service attitude and skills. 2- Collecting cash payments from customers. 3- Receiving shipments from couriers, storing and giving to customers. 4- Answer inquiries from customers. 5- Basic computer skills to update the system. 6- Ensure that outlet is clean and presentable. 7- Able to work independently and also knows how to work as part of a team 8- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work tasks 9- Problem solver with great sense of urgency 10- Strong communication and follow-up skills
