Description
Responsible for leading the sales activities, achieving targets and annual business plan objectives
* Ensure that the sales targets are met through proper planning, prioritizing daily sales activities including new customer visits, regular follow ups and timely reporting
* Develops the sales strategy and plans to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals
* Identify and explore new market segments and potential customers where there is an opportunity for business development
* Coordinate with the regional sales manager, warehouse and other departments to fulfil the client requirements effectively in a timely manner
* Maintain and develop good client relationships at all levels with new and existing customers
Profile
To apply for the role, applicants should meet the following criteria;
* An experienced sales person with at least 2 years total relevant sales experience selling to hotels or the leisure industry
*Previous solid experience in a commercial / business development role within the Leisure industry is a must
* Ability to demonstrate good negotiation skills and account planning and management skills.
* Must be good at building rapport and developing long term relationships with customers.
* Show a high degree of initiative and have a proactive approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player able to interact with all aspects of the company
* Must be very organised and good at planning
* Valid Driving License
Job Offer
Salary on offer is AED 20,000 - 25,000 Per Month plus standard benefits
