Description
Reporting the CEO, the General Manager has overall accountability for the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Establish standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff- Plan work schedules to ensure adequate service- Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment- Submit to management recommendations for painting, repairs, furnishings, relocation of equipment, and relocation of space- Complete periodic inventory of all equipment and supplies- Investigate new and improved cleaning instruments and methods- Select and purchase new furnishings- Prepare a feasibility study for all project before signing thliEstablish the procedures for operations- Undertake other duties as may be assigned
Profile
- Higher Level Education/ Degree is a must- Vast experience experience in the soft services industry - particularly Commercial Cleaning and Pest Control- 5 years experience in a similar role capacity is preferred- Knowledge of the GCC market planning and development preferable, but not essential- Strong communication skills in English is a must- Arabic language is a plus, but not essential
