• Technical administration and Monitoring for Network/ Security devices which includes but not limited to (Cisco firewalls, IPS, ISE, ironport, VPN, Fortinet, Palo alto, Token…)
• Support internal / external users
• Follow up upgrades for all applications
• Solution documentation and failover testing.
• For external projects create the needed documentation, low-level design documents prior to project implementation phase as well as the as-built documentation during the closing phase of the project documenting all aspects of the project to the customer.
• Plan for an implementation project.
