PROJECTS MANAGER - LG Shaker Group

- Study awarded projects and assign or hire the project manager in coordination with HR.

- Setup the required manpower and subcontractors for the awarded projects.

- Setup project time schedule in coordination with projects manager and planning engineer.

- Meeting with projects consultant and project owners.

- Meeting with projects managers for their performance, project progress, invoicing, material delivery, variations orders, site issues, and setting up the required action plan.

- Prepare monthly progress report to division manager.

- Reviewing safety and QA/QC reports from sites and take the necessary measures.
