OPERATION CONTROLLER

1) Oversee the day-to-day activities of the production processing.

2) Perform variance analysis on cost expense from month to month.

3) Prepare the monthly inventory variation on a monthly basis.

4) Ensure existence of proper control procedures in relation to the access rights to the inventory.

5) Implementing control procedures to ensure that each inventory movement is registered in the accounting books.

6) Ensure that all production staff are aware of the production operational policies and procedures of the Company.

7) Assess the root causes of problem areas and identify proper solutions to address errors and weakness in the prodction system.

8) Provide the Chief Financial Officer with all suggestions to improve and streamline the production reporting system.

9) Handle any review and procedural issues in the production that have been escalated to the supervisory level. Ensure that problems are thoroughly resolved in a timely fashion. Provide any resulting information to the Chief Financial Officer if follow-up is required.
