- Review Plans, Tender Specifications, Drawings, Data & Commercial / Contractual Terms & Conditions and prepare required BOQ and specifications, Pre-bid queries and attend pre-bid meetings.
- Recommend products to customers, based on specification.
- Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.
- Evaluation of PQ Criterion, Strategize and Preparation of PQ documentation.
- Preparation of estimate for enabling structures and other preliminaries.
- Carry out site visits and collect various site/location related data for appropriate incorporation in estimate.
- Finalization of construction methodology and corresponding plant & equipment in coordination with Operation/Segment Heads, Engineering and Logistics Departments.
- Preparation of rate analysis for subcontract works.
- Review and evaluate the submitted offer by the principal supplier in accordance to the project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare the Tender commercial Offer.
- Ensure the submission of Tender offer will meet on the required Tender closing date.
- Provide necessary value engineering as required by the Client and provide Alternative Offer in order to meet the project budget.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
