Senior Interior Designer - Qatar Foundation

Job Purpose:

The Senior Interior Designer coordinates projects’ interior design activities to ensure that all requirements are accomplished within the time frame and budget parameters. Along with designing small projects in-house.



KEY RESULT AREAS

 Maintain accurate records of QF interior design project submittals/deliverables for future reference.

 Receive, review and maintain all interior design project submittals and all related technical catalogues of all QF Projects to ensure safe and secure storage.

 Carry out random checks on site to ensure adequate quality controls are maintained.

 Assist Project Managers in all aspects of interior design to produce the highest quality finishes within the agreed budget and time constraints.

 Maintain regular contact with end-users to obtain requirements and ascertain satisfaction with interior design projects progress.

 Review technical drawings, specifications and all related documents for approval/rejection.

 Work closely with project management team and service providers to ensure deadlines are met and resources are used efficiently to meet requirements.

 Provide QF management and project teams (as appropriate) with reports on interior design projects’ status and escalate issues to the supervisor as necessary.
