• Assist Branch Managers/Prestige Manager in lead generation and co-ordinate branch sales planning and development of branch sales force by providing advice & expertise on investments sales planning & activity processes, providing regular, effective coaching, holding regular meetings with lead generators, Branch Manager, Prestige manager, and RMs to monitor performance, training needs being identified & lead generation skills developed.
• Provide leadership and motivation to staff members by assisting sales through coaching for all branch based staff in particular the lead providers.
• Maintain sustainable relationships with existing customer base and work closely with branch team to assist team in maintaining proactive contact with customers- face to face visits and meetings and telephone contact as per their targets set in plan.
• Carry out reviews with investment customers on a timely basis and as per customer base requirements.
• Achieve Sales Performance Standards & Key Performance Indicators in a compliant manner by meeting new & existing customers, identifying needs for financial services and products offering ‘best advice’ and, where appropriate, selling products to meet those needs. Achieving sales targets with proper documentation quality and activity standards.
• Optimize the potential value/growth of the customer base by working towards achieving the target, and developing a close liaison with branch Prestige/Retail, Corporate Banking and Private Banking Executives achieving a two way cross selling / referral process, and ensuring effective management of relationships at the appropriate level to recognize customers’ value and to provide the expected high level of service thus enhancing / strengthening existing relationships.
• Enhance market profile and awareness by maintaining an effective profile in the market in order to develop and source potential new relationships, ensuing participation in organization of Wealth Management events and networking by self and team, and compiling up to date market information on WM packages offered by competitor banks.
• Safeguard the bank from potential loss by ensuring compliance with internal and external procedures and guidelines, ensure adherence to group compliance policy.
• Proactively complete Continuous Professional Development in order to meet and maintain Compliance &Training Competence Standards .
• To implement Group Compliance Policy and comply with the requirements of QFC (Qatar Financial Center).
• Improve operational efficiency by seeking ways to streamline operating procedures and ensuring that the documented work flow process is followed.
• Deal with customer complaints in accordance with agreed policy & procedures.
• Identify and suggest ways to improve the product/ proposition and service delivery.
