Sr. Officer - Lead Analyst - BUPA Arabia

Role Purpose:



To ensure that the customer leads from various sources are processed in the system (to help solve potential internal conflicts in terms of assigning credit to Sales agents) & converted into qualitative prospects for various channels of Sales as per the laid down guidelines.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:



1- Acquire and generate qualified leads from different sources by the following activities:



• Managing the process of generating leads from different sources

• Contribute in creating new sources of leads with high quality

• Provide professional communication skills

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bupa Arabia products and services so that customers are provided accurate information on networks, treatments, paperwork requirements, and general queries with confidence at all times

• Utilizing the Social media analytics tools to generate qualified leads.

• Handling uploud process for market data or any projects to SAGE -CRM.



2- Optimizing the existing leads in CRM system by the following activities:



• Interact with external customers during replying customer inquires in a very professional, friendly and courteous manner.

• Escalate inquiries/ issues related to sales process, services, partner program, to sales channels managers

• Record all customer information & assign them to the right channel

• Track and monitor all leads and activities in CRM system

• Record electronic customer transactions accurately.

• Contribute in structuring the leads pipeline to build the forecasting plan

• Handling duplicate leads .



3- Assign /re-assign leads by the following activities:



• Distribute potential leads to sales channels through CRM system (for web leads if needed)

• Apply leads distribution & re-distribution policy

• Provide sales team with detailed call notes on all assign/re-assign leads

• Call the customers of expired timeframe leads,send pack & handling the re-assign process

• Follow-up on leads and opportunities that have been distributed (timeframe/status..etc) & provide analyzes of the results

• Provide sales channels with the daily, weekly, monthly report of distributed leads

• Develop the leads policies, conduct sessions to sales agents.

• Process user requests to re-assign account manager/ change profile, and merge profiles, in CRM system

• Process the investigations between sales agents by applying leads & renewal polices.
