ABOUT THIS JOB



Experienced Oilfield Workover Supervisors needed for multi-well projects in Iraq.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES



This position ensures 24-hour supervision of wellsite personnel, implementing safe drilling and completion operations, coordination of logistics and activities of the Baker Hughes companies as well as relevant third party companies on integrated operations projects.

Responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

Makes certain that all parties involved at the wellsite fully understand the well program. Ensure all operations at the wellsite are conducted in accordance with Baker Hughes Code of Conduct, HS&E requirements and Core Values.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS



A minimum of 10 years’ industry experience and a minimum of 5 years’ applicable wellsite supervisory experience.

IWCF or IADC Supervisor Level Well Control Certification required.

IADC Rigpass Know-it modules accepted after internal validation (or equivalent) required.

First Aid Certification required.

Demonstrated computer literacy in MS Office Suites.

Computer Competency including Microsoft Office, Kill Sheets, Reporting Systems, etc.

Ability to solve substantially difficult problems of a complex nature and broad scope.

Knowledge of well control.

Skilled application of drilling engineering and well planning.

Drill string design and downhole dynamics knowledge.

Pore Pressure/Fracture Pressure determination knowledge.

Bits / dull grading knowledge.

Drilling fluid management knowledge.

Knowledge of hydraulics, including nozzle selection.

Directional / horizontal / extended reach drilling knowledge.

Cementing and casing / liner running knowledge.

Fishing knowledge.

Thorough understanding of rig systems and rig floor operations.

Rig-site acumen and supervisory skills.

Job Safety Analysis (JSA) understanding.

HS&E Emergency Response Systems knowledge.

High School diploma (plus relevant experience) required.
