The CADD Operator shall be supporting various projects across the MENA region. He will be responsible for providing layout drawings, plot detailing, massing drawings, rendering and presentation related works to support the design works in the office. Work ranges from master plans, project concepts, detailed designs and final presentation drawings.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Manage the design schedule
• Develop necessary Design models
• Manage progress of drawings as per company and projects specification
• Monitor and report design changes
• Prepare site layout plans
• Rendering of Illustrative plans, Massing diagram
• Coordinate with other CAD staff and relevant engineers to accommodate Infrastructure requirements in presentation drawings
• Support project team in preparation of proposals and presentation material
