Business Development Manager - I-Expatriate

Position: Business Development Manager



Overview:

At Liana Technologies, the Business Development Manager manages the whole customer lifecycle from new business acquisition to training, support and account management. It’s a multitasking role, which makes it event more fun, challenging and rewarding. Arabic language skill is a plus.



Essential Job Functions:



• Responsible for heading up expansion in new channels as well as continued expansion among existing clients

• Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend

• You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets

• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings by cold calling

• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

• Providing management with feedback

• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.



Requirements, Skills/Abilities:



• 3+ years preferrably in the online, media and marketing industry

• Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business

• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads

• Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry

• Not afraid of a phone

• Good business sense

• Entrepreneurial attitude

• Plenty of initiative

• Motivation for sales

• Prospecting skills

• Sales planning and negotiation skills

• Internet savvy (need to understand the basics of how internet works)

• Hardcore sales professional

• Car and valid UAE driving license - as will be required to attend business meetings

Qualification: or higher



Languages: Excellent command of English



Location: Dubai



Working Conditions: 5 days per week



Salary: Base + uncapped commission + benefits
