Temporary HR Business Partner - Manpower Middle East

Responsibilities:



• Help/guide employees with their career paths

• Introduce / Create / Implement HR policies, procedures, handbooks between distributors (not headcount employees) and the company

• Candidate profiling (Recruitment) - initiate contact with applicants - signing of contracts - handover to onboarding

• Create high-level presentations

• Formulate strategic business plan initiatives



The role will be on a contract period of 3 - 6 months (No guarantee of being renewed or extended).
