Patriot Configuration 3 (C3) Program Overview:



The Patriot Programs Integrated Business Team delivers the world’s most advanced air and missile defense system globally. IDS is the prime contractor for Patriot, the world’s most sophisticated long-range, high-altitude, all-weather air and missile defense system.



The Saudi C3 Project Facilities Manager is responsible and accountable for the successful preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities function for the Raytheon controlled military base production facilities and to support the RAYMES compound. This position will need to lead expat and other foreign national teams to ensure successful execution of the Saudi Operations facilities programs and will be accountable for maximizing the readiness of the facility program. This position will report to the C3 Operations Director.



Responsibilities include:



• Leverage and lead multifunctional team(s) and sub-contractors to execute programs.

Sets milestones and monitors adherence to facility master plans and schedules.

• Oversees the planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery and building structures.

• Reviews data concerning facility specifications, equipment specifications, company restriction, government restrictions, required completion dates, and construction feasibility.

• Prepares layout and detail drawings as needed.

• Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities requisition.

• Estimates for equipment installation, labor, material, preparation, and other related costs.

• Works with military customer to maintain and upgrade C3 production facilities and RAYMES work areas.

• Monitor the spare parts bond room/warehousing location for proper induction of failed/not ready for issue (NRFI) items and disbursement of ready for issue (RFI) items by designated maintenance service provider(s).

• Make suggestions on facilities sparing levels based on field performance and repair cycle data.
