We are currently seeking a Cost Engineer to join the Project Controls Team of a leading global Oil and Gas Company in Qatar. Looking for a strong Cost Engineer to join the Project Management Team.



As a Cost Engineer you will be responsible and accountable for tracking and updating the cost estimates related to the EPIC contracts, including a processing platform, more than 4 new wellhead platforms, over 45km of Subsea pipelines, and technical upgrades to onshore separation facilities.

The ideal candidate is expected to have below mentioned skills / Experience:



-Bachelor's degree is preferred by the client.



-You should be having minimum 5 years of cost engineering experience and/or project management experience in large EPIC project/ projects.



-As a Cost engineer, you should have in-depth of knowledge of project management planning, execution and monitoring and control concepts, along with that, the ability to articulate a plan of action and document that plan by both verbal and written/charting/graphical means.



-The successful candidate should possess strong mathematical skills related to cost tracking, analysis and forecasting and should be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, and possess an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.



-If you have familiarity with project schedules/Gantt Charts and dependency based scheduling, and resource loading and Strong organization and time management skills that will be an added advantage.
