Support recruitment effort in the Middle East & Africa markets - end to end process across locations and departments/functional areas including effective onboarding & integration
Provide HR generalist support across full employee lifecycle
Support ongoing talent reviewing and planning processes including performance management, potential review, succession planning, retention risk, workforce analytics
Further drive adoption of online Talent Management Suite across regional employee base
Ongoing interaction with global/regional HR Centers of Expertise including HRIS, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compliance
HR project management aimed at enhancing maturity and impact of R HRH HRHR organization, and employee communication and engagement
Payroll across multiple countries; benefits administration
Manage compliance with immigration and statutory requirements (work permits, medical insurance, health & safety etc.)
Employee maser data / HRIS management and administration
Overall administrative support
