Our continued growth has resulted in an exciting opportunity. Currently we are increasing our Professional Service Team and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Consultant. From scoping a project to feeding into account management, the Implementation Consultant follows the entire project lifecycle of successfully rolling out our Lumesse talent management system. The main goal is delivering the product on time, on budget, to a high specification and to the joint satisfaction of clients and colleagues.



#Responsibilities

· Responsible for successful implementation / project management of ETWeb™ Enterprise solution (Talent Management), as well as offering support for new and existing customers

· Analysing customer requirements and work processes in workshops and preparing documentation

· Responsible for verification and testing of implemented customized solutions

· Must be comfortable holding training sessions for small and medium-sized groups

· Building new and maintaining existing customer relationships

· To some extent you will be involved in the pre-sales phase through demonstrations, preparing specifications and participating in marketing activities
