Project Manager:
Interpret plans and estimate costs and quantities of materials needed. • Plan construction methods and procedures. • Supervise construction sites and direct site managers and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained. • Study building contract documents. • Control preparation of cost estimates and the documentation for contract bids. • Control payment to subcontractors by valuation of completed works. • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing the professional Consultants and assuming responsibility for the timely delivery of the Project through the pre and post tender stages and within agreed cost parameters. • Over-all responsibility of the project and single point of contact for consultant & contractor. • Monitoring and controlling of contract activities and reporting to the senior on critical issues required in maintaining contractor progress according to project schedule or building program. • Defines responsibility for every key personnel. Makes sure that all employees receive adequate training (ex, Safety training, technical training). • Ensures that contract procedures are followed during implementation of project. • Effective monitoring of project activities and implementation of remedial action to maintain progress according to project schedule. • Attending of job progress meeting with consultant & contractor.
Technical Office Manager:
Overseeing the project delivery and management of all technical matters, together with responsibility for the long-term as well as the day-to-day.
- Leading and managing the design and construction teams of project -Effectively communicate organizational support needs (Engineering assistance, QC assistance, etc.) for maintaining compliance with construction schedule and design requirements. -- Preparation and submission of regular progress reports to the Project Manager together with details of recommended measures to overcome anticipated problems and maintain project progress within program and budget.
- Ensure that adequate and appropriate QA and QC systems and procedures are established and implement.
- Knowledgeable in the application of project management principles, concepts and techniques including procedure generation, approval, and implementation.
- Knowledgeable of construction principles and problem solving techniques using rapid engineering analysis deriving required resolutions for field construction to implement.
- Knowledgeable of long range project planning.
