• As a Property Consultant, your main responsibilities will be:
• To source Residential Properties for both Sales & Rentals. Obtain new listings from Landlords and ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients
• Independently carry out the sales and rental functions assigned to you. This includes; renting, buying and/or selling properties for our valued clients
• Reviewing property listings, visiting sites with prospective clients, discussing legal circumstances of the sale, and examining the tenancy contracts
• Liaising with clients to accommodate their rental requirements, until a suitable property is found.
• Valuating and keeping up to date with the market prices, in order to reserve a selling price for the seller and listing the price in lieu with the current market price.
• Assessing buyer needs and sourcing a suitable property as per their requirements
• Acting as an intermediary for negotiations between the Landlord and Tenant or Owner and Buyer or Buyer and Seller and dutifully representing one or the other
• Preparing and maintaining documentation after a sales or lease deal is closed and furnishing details of the same to the Department Coordinator
• Updating and listing all properties on the CRM, as per standard Company policy.
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for:
1. Candidates that have a Residential Sales OR Leasing experience (at least 1 year) or that have high net worth Sales, Financial Services backgrounds.
2. Must possess excellent communication skills within English and Second language is an added advantage.
3. Proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
4. Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
5. Persuasive with details and facts.
6. Must have a valid UAE Driving license.
7. Must be a University degree holder, with an attested degree.
8. It is advantageous to be a Certified RERA Broker.
