Recruitment Supervisor- Saudi National - Al-Gihaz Holding

Recruitment Supervisor is responsible entire recruitment for the company and to reports to HR Director and not limited to:



• Lead the recruitment team and manage, supervise, all the recruitment staffs.

• Manpower strategic planning base on requirement for entire holding,

• Coordinate with all department managers for requirement.

• Visa arrangement and allocation base on requirement.

• Oversee the day to day recruitment activities of the company.

• Responsible for delivering of a high quality end to end recruitment services.

• Support the team in handling requisitions for high volume recruitment.

• Maintain recruitment reports and statistics, provide regular updates to management on progress of recruitment.

• Deliver exception recruitment services resulting in reduce cost, better hiring decisions, an enhanced applicant experience and efficiencies in progress.

• Ensure proper distribution of requisition within the recruitment officers and department while providing appropriate sourcing strategies and Business unit’s management approaches.

• Ensure quality operations of HR- Recruitment function such as recruitment and selection, manpower planning.

• Formulate aggressive recruitment strategy and techniques to minimize recruitment cost but yield high profit.

• Spearhead campaign and sourcing initiative for effective candidates pooling.

• Organizing hiring drives, pooling activities for volume requirement to meet the growing demand of manpower in the company.

• Design job descriptions.

• Perform other task correspondent to the above as may be assigned by HR Director.
