Primary role:
Conduct Telephonic training upon purchase to cover website functionality .
Communicate new enhancements to active clients.
handle tasks appointed by Customer Relation Manager like: - Refresher training to client, postings preparation, saved searches, and assisted/verified service .
To obtain electronic feedback surveys from clients based on the training sessions delivered to ensure their satisfaction from service.
To continuously conduct market research on customers’ needs and share it with department heads in order to improve offerings ( Feedback )
Report to designated consultants on client’s status and share with assigned relationship managers sales/operational inquires .
Report client’s suggestion on any new suggested service / feature.
Conduct a weekly coordination meeting with manager on KVF Sheet, performance metrics and plans for next week.
Additional responsibilities:
Recommend improvements to future proposals based on client experience
Report communication on CRM
Carry out other sales & operational activities as requested by the management.
