IT Engineer

- Troubleshooting, identifying and resolving all computer related issues which is including provide assistance on computer hardware and software installation

- Responsioble for maintaing users' computer, including its hadware such as Motherboard, H.D.D and laptop problem, sopftware, network

- Maintain other computer peripheral devides such as printers and troubleshooting / solving photocopier problems

- Test computers and ensure that computer systems are functioning properly

- Check Antivirus for any alerts and attacks on the network and users

- Ensure to keep important files for the users to know the best ways ti preserve it as a backup

- Install hardware, software and other relevant programs to the users when required
