Senior Business Analyst - Qatar Foundation

• Develop and review policies & procedures and recommend amendments when needed.

• Define objectives and monitor them through to completion using KPIs as needed.

• Ensure the workload is evenly distributed and managed.

• Perform employee appraisals and recommend rewards.

• Act as a mentor, counsel and guide for the team, and foster a healthy working environment and team spirit.

• Provide administrative support to the director, including monthly report preparation.

• Provide budget planning and control support to the director and managers.

• Provide business support to Procurement departments.

• Act as primary focal point for IT, Finance, BPI, and HR.

• Evaluate vendor registration submissions.

• Perform vendor appraisals and audits in coordination with relevant departments.

• Facilitate the exchange and sharing of information among suppliers, contractors’ consultants and internal clients.

• Record vendor grievances and address them to maintain harmonious supplier relations.

• Build custom reports using Oracle Discoverer Plus.

• Ensures portal area is kept up to date.

• Participate in improvement teams as required

• Comply with QF health, safety, and environment policies, procedures, legal regulations and objectives applicable to areas of responsibility to ensure that work is performed in a safe, healthy and environmentally-sound manner.
