POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Position responsible for operationalizing and executing against NCRs strategy to further extend the company's position and profile in the marketplace;

Required to develop, lead and manager NCRs direct and indirect sales organization in selling NCR Retail Self Service Solutions in assigned geographies

Full responsibility includes orders, revenue, profit, cost management, and to develop & deploy a go to market strategy that aligns to our people, culture, values and growth vision Works with senior management to develop region/area/ country strategy;

Helps to develop and subsequently implement new projects, policies and procedures for the Region/Area/ to meet broad sales revenue objectives Responsible for creating market potential and opportunities for our solutions, within NCR core and new industries;

Providing the vision, inspiration and leadership necessary to drive commercial success;

Providing input to strategic decisions that affect functional area of responsibility

Responsible for implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the Company, giving direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organization's vision, mission goals and initiatives

Provide leadership direction to all functions within the assigned area, to grow profitability;

Develop, build, inspire and motivate sales and cross-functional teams through passionate leadership;

Plan and direct all sales activities including planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies as well as staffing of the sales force Formulate and advocate a people management strategy and high performance culture which includes recruitment, development and retention of top talent;

Foster and lead change, and create a mindset of innovation
