1) Recruit and train staff on institution product knowledge and IDP corporate procedures
2) Standardise work operations in Dubai office as per head of Operations to maintain efficiency and consistency throughout the network.

9) Organize and coordinate the logistics preparation during the running of the road-show to ensure that the event runs smoothly and the feedback from the institution representatives as well as the students is positive

Conduct milestone and deliverable reviews. Review with the respective Project Managers on achievement related criteria associated with contract milestones as may be presented by the contractor in support of invoices.

Conduct support measurement, progress and cost verification. Preform activities associated with interim and final account measurements and payments. Attending site visits to verify work completed.

Provide advice on contractual claims and assist the Project Manager in resolving with consultants and or contractors.

Profile

The successful candidate must hold a technical university degree with a minimum of 7 years of Saudi experience working with a PMC.

Description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager your main responsibilities will be but not limited to :-

Summary

As part of a large investment in Jazan Economic City as part of the overall development of the region and growth within Saudi Arabia; there is a new Air Separation Unit (ASU) project being undertaken.

Client Details

A Joint Venture of two large business tasked to design, build, operate and maintain a large scale greenfield Air Separation Unit (ASU) as part of a larger investment in Saudi Arabia.

Description

The Project Director will be the key person to manage all aspects of the build process ensuring all tasks and the overall project are competed on time, in budget and to the correct specification and standards for the customer.

This is a mission critical position to oversee the entire project and project team. Responsible for the timely execution of the project.

The process will involve using cryogenic, separation, gasification technology on a large industrial scale using 60MW of motor power to compress large volumes of gases for industrial sale and usage. This project is almost 3 times as large as any similar project ever under taken so is there fore high profile and of utmost importance. The investment is worth $2bn in total

Profile

The successful person must be a senior Project Director with the following skills, experience and background:-
- Experience of handling large scale build projects in the Middle East region- Knowledge of Air Separation Units and/or Industrial gases manufacturing assets- Strong technical knowledge of the ASU process and technology- Ability to oversee large teams of people covering all aspects of design, , construction, commissioning and testing- Impeccable project management skills, organisation, process, communication and negotiation skills are crucial for this role- Budget management of large value projects of this nature.- Please note the successful candidate must be able and willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia for the duration of this project
