• Follow the day to day operations of the assigned sites

• Full knowledge of the details of the contracts for each site

•Follow the complaints coming Dalkia Service Desk

•Organize meetings with the clients to keep their satisfaction

•Have good communication skills

•Spread Dalkia Standards over his team of technicians

•Prepare the monthly report for each site

•Follow and optimize the energy consumption and give guidelines to make savings

• Fool knowledge about the preventive maintenance tasks

•Good knowledge about MEP works
